27 years working within the recruitment industry, the last 20 years I’ve been driving business growth within the company.
Previously to working as a Business Development Manager my job role was a Senior Commercial Recruitment Consultant delivering recruitment solutions to organisations and developing consultants coming into the recruitment industry.
I work across all disciplines within the group working closely with Directors, Operations Managers and Consultants.
Every day is as enjoyable as my first day back in September 1994, I’m proud to work within an exciting industry.
