After spending eight years in planning and coordination within the building industry, I decided to venture into the dynamic field of industrial recruitment. Within a few months, I realised this was both a talent and a passion of mine.
Managing high-volume recruitment has been a revealing experience, enabling me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds worldwide.
Subsequently, I advanced to the role of Industrial Manager and specialist in GLA and compliance. This led to the opportunity to become a Director—a significant responsibility with an even more substantial workload, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am passionate about my job, my team, and my clients.
