Talent84 is supporting a global manufacturer of LED lighting for safety and security who are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to come on board to drive growth in the South East Asia market. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales person to join an already well-established SME at an exciting period of their growth.

Circa 27k basic + commission + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and execute plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the companies customer base in target region
  • Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast future sales while forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Keep all necessary information up to date on the company CRM
  • Maintain and build relationships with all key stakeholders, working collaboratively with departments to coordinate new business opportunities
  • Keep up to date on industry trends

Person

  • Proven track record in a sales role and demonstrable experience winning new business
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Degree in a commercial discipline
  • MUST be a self-starter, be able to manage your own time, and work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with both internal and external customers at all levels.
