Talent84 is delighted to once again be supporting our well-established technology client with their search for a Business Development Executive to join their busy in-house sales department. If you are an experienced salesperson looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Our client has experienced exceptional growth year on year and have developed a fantastic office culture. Salary advertised is based on a 37.5-hour working week, however, we are very open to discussing part-time or flexible working hours to suit any ideal candidates.
Responsibilities
- Confidently call leads to prospect for new business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell.
- Build robust pipeline and book appointments for fields sales staff.
- Support account managers with ad hoc work.
- Collaborate with marketing department on sales campaigns.
- Display excellent organisation skills and a drive to meet and exceed KPI’s.
- Build long lasting relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with wider organisation.
Key Criteria
- Proven experience in a sales/new business role in a B2B environment (ideally 12months+).
- Knowledge of workplace technology would be highly advantageous.
- Ambitious and passionate about career progression.
- Confident and inquisitive telephone manner.
- Target-driven.
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales and relationship building.
