The role

As a telesales specialist you will be working in a B2B sales environment introducing the software to finance professionals who advise on company pensions. Your role will be to build relationships with new clients and book online demonstrations of the software.


You will be expected to manage your own leads and follow ups, so you will need to be a self-starter. But if you are ambitious and great at building relationships, there is no limit to where your career with True Potential could take you. This is an entrepreneurial organisation with plenty of scope for progression.

We are looking for people with a minimum of 6 months previous sales experience, plenty of drive and of course, an excellent telephone manner. In return, you will be offered uncapped commission, a great basic salary and Monday to Friday working hours.
